I wanted to journal what we did on Koleman's actual Day of Birth haha! Koleman woke up to two crazies (who will remain nameless) singing Happy Birthday at the top of their lungs! We then had a big ole breakfast just for big K! We didn't have bread to make him french toast so we went for the next best thing pancakes and bananas! Trev and I had sausage and eggs with our pancakes! Koleman also enjoyed some sausage he loved it! anyways.. Then we gave him more attention than any little one year old deserves, we played and played and played!!
When Koleman woke up from his nap I got him all dressed up in his church duds and took him outside to take some pictures! We were almost done taking them when he was walking real fast and tripped and hit his little cheek on the cement so he sported a nice shiner at church! Everyone at church remembered it was Kolemans special day and wished him a Happy Birthday! Grace (one of my beehives) even got him a present!
We came home to find Tom and Amanda had arrived back from their cruise. We ate dinner and then my mom and dad showed up to see the big guy on his birthday! Shortly after that Shad, Rian & Maci came over! We had cake and ice cream, sang to Koleman for the 2nd time and let him enjoy another cupcake!! We were all talking in the living room, when we hear banging at our back door. The Bigham family had come to see the birthday boy! They brought him his favorite, a sucker! Everyone left around bedtime, so we got ready for bed and went night night! Well Trev and Koleman did, I stayed up and looked at newborn pics and cried for a while! haha It was all in all a good Birthday for our little man!
