Oklahoma!

Koleman and I went out to Oklahoma for 11 days to spend some time with my sister and her girls while Jonathan traveled!! We had a BLAST!! We did SO much in the time we were there!! That being said I took 399 pictures! :) This will be the longest post in my blog history but I want to remember every moment of this trip! :)

Hanging around the house!
.. We didn't do this very often but when we did it was fun! The kids played and played! Koleman and Charli became bff's! With a love/hate relationship!

Childrens Museum

We went to Oklahoma City the first weekend I was there! We took the kids to an awesome Museum! This place was legit! So many sweet & different things for the kids to do!

Let me just tell you about this slide! In was INTENSE!! I would get so dizzy going down it just twirled FOREVER and you could get going FAST!! I went down it like six times it was a blast!

 Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial

They have created a really awesome place in memory of those who lost their lives that day! My sister told me before we went that it is way cool, but very somber! And that it was! They had a tile wall where children from around the world sent in tiles they had made with sayings on them! Below the wall was a place where kids could chalk! It really is an amazing place!

POPS
Pops has the best sodas and onion rings!! Glad we stopped here..

FOOD
We had some GOOD food! Kali knows where all the best places to eat are, it is awesome, cuz then you are never dissapointed! These pictures are of Daylight Donuts.. BEST DONUTS EVER (not a lie) Can you tell the kids loved them..
FRECKLES!! OMG It's called a driller.. Frozen custurd with peanut butter and brownies mixed in it and a hole in the middle of it filled with hot fudge!! O MY SO GOOD!!
And our Puffed Pancakes Kali says "it's like baked custurd! They are delish!
Can't remeber the name of the Mexican resturant but they had the BEST burrito. It is the closest thing I've ever had to Cafe Rio's! The kids loved watching them make the tortillas! We went to fro yo after at Orange Zest aka Ok's Menchies!
We ate many, many other great things these are just the ones I got pictures of!

FEEDING DUCKS

hahaha!!..

CAR RIDES!
We were in the car quite a bit. Koleman and Charli would laugh so hard at each other it was so cute!! They all three got along SO good!

 LOOK-A-LIKE
Everyone of Kali's friends and a lot of people in her ward could not believe how much we look alike! We really do not see it, although I think we look more alike now that she has had her lasik!  BUT one morning we both walked out of our bathrooms and looked like this! We did not see each other the entire time we were getting ready! Here we do probably look a like! :)

The ZOO
We went to the zoo twice while we were there! Koleman absolutely LOVED it!! He loved the monkeys, the elephants, the horsies (carousel), his favorite was probably the train!! He now walks around saying "All aboard chug a chug a choo choo"

We had such a fun trip and were SO sad for it to end!
Especially since the plane ride home was Hell! Literally I started crying mid air as Koleman was running up and down the aisles, jumping off of the seats onto my tray, knocking my drink all over me, and yelling at the top of his lungs, not crying yelling like he thought he was being hilarious! Good thing the flight wasn't very full and we had an entire row to ourselves! So while we were so sad to leave we were very happy when we touched down in Salt Lake! The St.George flight was cake, K slept the entire time!
I so wish that we lived closer so we could do stuff like this all of the time! Not just a couple of times a year!
A girl needs her sister!
So glad we got to go on this trip! Thanks J DIG for traveling so we could come visit! :)
